We value the time and needs of every client and staff member. To ensure we can accommodate as many clients as possible, we ask that you cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without prior notice impact our ability to accommodate other clients and maintain the high standards you deserve. Therefore, you’ll be asked to place a deposit of $20.00 prior to booking an appointment for services valued at $50.00 or higher. Any deposit made will go towards the total cost of services provided at your scheduled appointment. The remaining balance will be charged when the service is complete. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will forfeit any deposit amount that has been prepaid. An additional deposit will need to be made prior to booking a future appointment for services. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call/text directly at (270)999-1302.  If rescheduled with more than 24 hours' notice, any deposit will carry over to the next scheduled service. Your appointments are very important to us. You help ensure we can serve all our clients as best as possible by showing up to them ready and on time. However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise, necessitating schedule changes. In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel an appointment. If we cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we’ll reschedule as soon as possible and offer you an 20% discount on your next service. Please be advised that we have a right to refuse service in ANY situations that we feel pose a health or safety risk to our staff and clients. This includes, but is not limited to, instances of open wounds, contagious illnesses, skin infections, and/or aggressive behavior.
